Washing grinding
HEALTHY CLEANLINESS
The fruits and vegetables are emptied into the washing container and throroughly cleaned. A food-safe plastic conveyor belt, with continuous speed settings, transports them upwards, where they are cleaned again with water from spray nozzles, and then transferred to the fruit grinderA central drain collects the water.
KWEM 1000 - Washing Elevator
Equipped with an infinitely variable speed setting by means of a frequency converter, automatic start-stop circuit for the elevator via a 3-rod probe in the mash box of the following machine (press, mash pump, ...). Stainless steel version on 4 wheels.

Application
Apples, pears, quinces, carrots, etc. are cleaned in our washing machine, transferred upwards and led through the attached fruit grinder.
Function
The cleaned fruit is transferred upwards, cleaned again with water from spray nozzles, ground by the directly attached fruit grinderand put into the dosing boxes of the belt press.
Operation
The assembly is ready for production as soon as it is set up in the pressing location, leveled, filled up and connected to the power- and water supply.

Crushing Machines
THE RIGHT PROCESS FOR YOUR TYPE OF FRUIT
The fruit grinderis suited for the preparation of mash from pomaceous fruits and stone fruits, as well as for the crushing of vegetables. The stainless steel sieves are easy to exchange in order to achieve the different levels of fineness. The field-tested construction of the fruit grinderguarantees simple operation and easy cleaning. The stainless steel construction makes the fruit grinderoptimally suited for the processing of foods.
Application
After washing, the fruit is crushed in the directly attached fruit grinder. The resulting mash is then spread directly onto the belt press.
Function
The cleaned fruit is transferred upwards, cleaned again with spray nozzles, crushed in the directly attached fruit grinder and transferred into the dosing boxes of the belt press.
Operation
The crushing unit is easily operated and cleaned by one person.
The operation panel can be incorporated on the left- or right side, as per customer requirements.
