Through the automatic and precise temperature regulation, our assembly is optimally suited for the gentle pasteurising of fruit- or vegetable juices. Through the short-term heating of the foodstuff from 60° - 90°C, most of the microbes are safely destroyed. Simple operation and a digital display for the temperature control, distinguish this Pasteur.


Tank Pasteurizer WP100 / 200
The cold filled closed bottle or glasses are posed in the water tank. After this the tank is filled with water. The pasteurize process is fully automatic based on adjustable temperatur and heat holding time.

Chamber Pasteurizer KKP360 steam
The cold-filled closed bottles or glasses are pushed with a bottle trolley into the insulated chamber with the water manifold on top. The automatic temperature control with sensor supervise the water and product. Integrated warm water production by steam-hotwater - heatexchanger. The steam supply is provided by the on-site steam generator. The KKP360 is available with steam, hot water and electrical supply.

Chamber pasteurizer KKP480 steamheated
The cold-filled closed bottles or glasses are placed in the chamber on Euro pallets. The standard electronic control of the pasteurization process consists: setting the heating rate, the desired pasteurization temperature and the desired holding time. An electronic temperature recorder according to HACCP for monitoring the product temperature and chamber temperature over time is standard. The air is circulated by a high-performance radial fan with a stainless steel impeller. For the best steam distribution, the steam injection leads directly into the air duct.

Pasteurizer Gas or Oil-fired PAS
The mobile pre-installed complete system is equipped with an efficient boiler, a heat exchanger, an impeller juice pump and automatic control. The provided juice is pumped through the pipe-in-pipe heat exchanger using a juice pump. This consists of two lying pipes one inside to the other, with hot water flowing in the outer pipe, which draws the necessary heat of 80 ° C from the boiler. In the inner tube, the juice flows in the opposite direction and is thus gently heated.

Pasteurizer EPAS powered by electric supply
The complete pre-installed mobile system is equipped with a circulation pump, electric heating elements, an impeller juice pump, pipe-in-pipe heat exchanger and automatic control. The EPAS electro pasteurizer is a universally applicable system with an output of 210 up to 420 liters per hour. The juice is pumped directly from the buffer tank into the tubular heat exchanger and is heated to the selected temperature. The temperature can be regulated up to 95 ° C. The electric heating can be regulated in several stages in order to adapt the output even when filling small containers.

Short-time heating KZE
The short-term heating pasteurizes freshly squeezed juices and kills all bacteria and yeasts in order to prepare a pure fermentation with pure yeast. The system can also be used for protein precipitation and turbidity stabilization. The cold juice is preheated by a juice-juice heat exchanger and brought to the desired temperature in the pasteurizer. After running through the holding section for approx. 30 seconds, the heated juice is cooled down again.
Application
Through the short-term heating of the liquids to 100°C, microbes are safely destroyed. Pasteurising assemblies are conceived to make fruit- and vegetable juices non-perishable.
Function
The provided juice is pumped through a pipe-in-pipe heat-exchanger by a juice pump. The heat for this system is provided by the heating kettle. The juice valve opens when the temperature is reached, and transfers the pasteurised juice to a Kreuzmayr to a bottling/filling or to a BAGinBOX assembly.
Operation
The operation of this device is very easy, and doesn't require any special qualification. Since the pasteurising process runs automatically, it is very flexible and can be adjusted to a high accuracy.
