With our mobile juice trailers we offer a complete package – fruit processing for everyone at the customers' home.The mobile assembly is set up on site and propped up with the integrated supports. As soon as the water- and power supply are provided, and the drain installed, the juice processing can begin. All machines in the mobile assembly can also be used individually. The entire assembly is manufactured in stainless steel and aluminium, and equipped with a pressure-cleaner and compressor.

Application

Our mobile assemblies are used for processing of fruit to make fruit juice on site. All you require is a water- and power supply, and a drain for waste water.

Function

The pasteuriser pumps the juice out of the tanks, heats it gently to about 80°C and transports it to the filling unit. With this unit you can fill BAGinBOX pouches as well as bottles.

Operation

The ready-to-use execution requires only a water- and power connection on site. All machines in the mobile assembly can be operated one at time or parallel to each other.
