STRAIGHT FROM THE TREE TO THE PROCESSING

In the tipper truck the filled bin is loaded by means of a forklift, and by pressing a switch, it is then swung up by the hydraulic or a cable winch until the fruits fall into the cleaning container. The machine is manufactured entirely of stainless steel and the simple operation and low maintenance ensures a gentle emptying of fruits. With our bin tippers your bins can be dosed and emptied into the washer system without any effort.

GKE - BIN TIPPER

For tipping fruit and vegetable out of wooden or plastic bin, dimensions 1200x1250x780mm in a washer, on a sorting belt or water bath. The amount is variable adjustable by stepless hydraulic tipper and metering valve.

Brush-cleaning-station

For thorough pre-cleaning of fruits and vegetables, the plant is equipped with rotating and soft brushes. An integrated spray unit ensures the fresh water supply from above, which then flows into the waste water collecting tray. The stainless steel stands for high quality.

Sorting conveyor

The sorting conveyor belt is built on a stainless steel base frame with height-adjustable feet and side guide rails made of stainless steel. A conveyor belt made of food-safe plastic and the constant speed gently transport the fruit to the next machine.

Roller-Sorting conveyor

The roller-sorting conveyor is built on a stainless steel base frame with 6 height-adjustable feet and rollers made of stainless steel. The continuously adjustable speed gently transports the fruit to the next machine.

Infeed hopper

The stand construction is made entirely of stainless steel, built on 4 adjustable feet and equipped with a food-safe plastic conveyor belt. The Stepless speed regulation and mechanical discharge rate by means of rods ensure that the goods are transported gently.

Pomace belt conveyor

Application

Apples, pears, quinces, carrots, etc. are transported in plastic or wooden crates to the processing site. With Kreuzmayr bin tippers your crates can be dosed and emptied into the washer system without any effort.
