The filling of pasteurized juice is possible with the bottle filler and with the BAGinBOX filling assembly. The dosing of juice is done by an electronic weighing cell. In combination with our pasteurisers, the control is automatic. Liquids can be filled either hot or cold.

KRF 4/6 Bottle Filler

With the Kreuzmayr filling system, liquids can be filled cold or hot. The filling system is suitable for bottle sizes from 0.2 to 2l. A simple and tool-free changeover to different filling quantities is guaranteed by the height-adjustable shelf.

KRF 8 Bottle Filler

The bottles are placed under the filler by hand, the filling process begins by opening the filling valve in the filler neck and ends when the liquid has reached the valve.x1 Lt. Flaschen/h

KBF 2000 Bag in Box Filler

The semi-automatic filler is suitable for hot or cold filling of fruit or vegetable juices or other liquids in bag-in-box bags with Vitop or postmix closures. The desired filling quantity is set on the digital display. The BAGinBOX bag is inserted into the receptacle, the bag closure is removed from the bag with the filling head and the filling valve is swiveled onto the inlet of the BAG. The filling process starts and ends automatically.

Filling quantity: 3 to 20 l bag content
Filling capacity 10 l bags approx. 2.000 l/h

With this machine, you are free to choose whether to fill your juice in bottles or in bag-in-box bags. The KRF 6/8 is mounted on the back of the KBF 1000 or 2000, is space-saving and can be used flexibly. The buffer tank serves as storage for both filling systems.
