The destoning machine separates the stones (pits) from the fruit before processing. The pits are ejected seperately from the mash. Our electric destoning machine simplifies the job everywhere when large amounts of fruit need to be processed – reliably and fast!

Application
Our destoning machine is used for quick and easy destoning of stone fruits, and can also be used for fermented stone mash, which needs to be destoned quickly and gently for the burning process.
Function
Our stainless steel winged wheel presses the fruit through a special sieve drum with a tilted axle. The stones, stems, wood, leaves, etc. are collected inside the sieve trench and are ejected through the tilted drum position, as well as the conical rubber rollers.
Operation
After turning on the machine, you can begin filling the funnel with fruits. The stone (pit) remains in the rotor area and is ejected at the rear wall when the fruit pulp has been thoroughly removed.

Passing machines
ONLY THE BEST PART OF THE FRUIT
The passing machine is for passing the fruit mash. It separates the tough mash from the soft pulp by means of a sieve drum. Based on the type of the fruit, you can choose the grain size of the sieve drum.
Application
Our passing machine is for the clean passing the fruit mash from different fruits and vegetables.
Function
The specifically arranged rotor blades carefully centrifuge the fruits against a sieve. The fruit pulp is then pressed through the openings in the sieve and falls into a container underneath.
Operation
After turning on the machine, you can begin filling the funnel with fruits. The feeding is done automatically by two dosing spirals, controlled by an electricity supervision relay.
