Citrusline
The power of the sun in the juice
The Kreuzmayr citrus line is used for easy juicing of a wide variety of citrus fruits, such as oranges, lemons, limes, grapefruits, melons, pineapples, mandarins, cactus fruits, and many more. In the first step, if necessary, the oily parts of the fruit that are in the outermost layer of the peel are gently removed with the citrus rasp. Then the juice can optimally pressed out of the fruit with the citrus press. Finally, the fruit juice finisher ensures that the fruit juice is refined and purified.

KPC Citrus Rasping Machine
The rasping machine is used for removing oil-containing parts in the fruit that are located in the outermost layer of citrus peel. The specially arranged rasps enable fruits of different sizes to be processed in the best possible way without changing the machine and without wasting time.

KPC Citrus press
The Kreuzmayr citrus press is used for easy juicing of a wide variety of fruits, such as oranges, lemons, limes, grapefruits, pineapples, melons, cactus fruits, and many more. After adjusting the distance between the rollers, different fruits of different sizes can be pressed. The integrated and rotating rollers convey the fruit into the press, where they are cut into two pieces and the juice is squeezed out completely. The pomace (press residue) is collected in an ejection container and can be conveniently disposed of.

KJF Finisher for juice
The Kreuzmayr fruit juice finisher is used to clean and refine the juice that is obtained from the citrus press. The pulp in the raw juice, including fibers and seeds, is separated off as best as possible and transported to the outside at the end of the machine. Different screen perforations as well as a stepless regulation of the counter pressure enable regulation of the pulp content in the juice.

The fruits are filled into the press and transported further into the press by means of the 2 rotating rollers, where the fruit is cut in 2 pieces and the juice is squeezed out.
Operation
The citrus rasping machine was designed in such a way that no pre-calibration of the fruit size is necessary and a single person can operate the system. Because of the variable press gap, the citrus press can be filled with fruits of different sizes. Easily exchangeable screens with different perforations ensure an individual and perfect result with the finisher.
