Through the automatic and precise temperature regulation, our assembly is optimally suited for the gentle pasteurising of fruit- or vegetable juices. Through the short-term heating of the foodstuff from 60° - 90°C, most of the microbes are safely destroyed. Simple operation and a digital display for the temperature control, distinguish this Pasteur.

Application

Through the short-term heating of the liquids to 100°C, microbes are safely destroyed. Pasteurising assemblies are conceived to make fruit- and vegetable juices non-perishable.

Function

The provided juice is pumped through a pipe-in-pipe heat-exchanger by a juice pump. The heat for this system is provided by the heating kettle. The juice valve opens when the temperature is reached, and transfers the pasteurised juice to a Kreuzmayr to a bottling/filling or to a BAGinBOX assembly.

 

Operation

The operation of this device is very easy, and doesn't require any special qualification. Since the pasteurising process runs automatically, it is very flexible and can be adjusted to a high accuracy.
