Drying Chambers

Our drying chamber is an all-purpose machine for the drying of sliced fruit and vegetables. It can also be used for drying other products such as herbs, meat, flowers, etc.

Application

Ripe fruits are cut into slices (or left whole) according to size, and slowly dried by a mild heat application. The water inside is extracted in order to preserve them. They contain three- to four times as many nutrients as fresh fruit, and are a very good source of energy.

 

Function

It is possible to pre-set a blanching time in which the entire content of the drying chamber heats up to the set temperature. After the set temperature is reached, the actual drying process with a controlled air circulation begins.

 

 

 

Operation

The sliced or chopped raw goods are tightly arranged on the sheet pans. After switching on, the drying process runs automatically. Depending on the type of goods, different parameters can be adjusted.
